Efficient Energy Systems
If the Uninterruptible Power Supply is the heart of the data centre, batteries are its lifeblood, keeping the System running at all times and ensuring there is no disruption of online information.
With such an important role in the data centre ecosystem, the industry continues its search for efficient battery systems that provide longer life and superior energy efficiency.
CSPM offers two types of batteries to power your Data Centre: Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries and Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) batteries from KStar. Currently, most data centres use Lead Acid cell batteries to power their Uninterrupted Power Supply systems because they are reasonably priced and commonly found. However, Lithium Ion batteries, although costlier, are gaining popularity due to their reliability and longer shelf life.
