CIM Service - Objective

The intent of the CIM (Commissioning, Inspection and Maintenance) Service is to provide extended After Sales Service and Maintenance Support to issues related to all CSPM’s installed products specifically SOCOMEC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), SOCOMEC Static Transfer Switch (STS), CITEC Precision Air-Conditioning System (PAC), Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA) System and other third party products which include Water Detection System, Fire Fighting System, Standby Generator, Card Access System, Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) etc.

The Service will provide continuous access to a field maintenance force 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, staffed by factory trained qualified Engineers/Technicians with years of field experiences and skill in resolving various of problems.

Purposes of Maintenance Service
The Routine Maintenance Service will help ensure that all equipment operates efficiently within the context of a fully managed end-to-end operations function. The implementation of a comprehensive maintenance strategy reduces possible service disruption and leads to enhanced end-user service availability.

A lack of preventive maintenance can cause poor quality and wasted power or even danger for people and property. Scheduling routine inspections by experienced personnel is the solution to maintain high levels of equipment reliability and safety for the enterprise.

There is a wide range of symptomatic situations with less than optimal operation of the system. These situations can remain as they are or degenerate into failures causing in both cases continual or one-off economic losses. Visual analysis is the most classic type of inspection still necessary to identify some problems. No matter how simple it may seem, it must be done by expert personnel to detect even the smallest faults that anyone inexperienced could miss.

The Service outlined under this Proposal in Service Description will be delivered by factory trained Service Engineers/Technicians employed by CSPM Sdn Bhd and also expertise team from our business partner for third party products.

The CIM (Commissioning, Inspection & Maintenance) Service Department of CSPM Sdn. Bhd. comprises 27 personnel with 25 Technical Service Engineers/Technicians.
