CSPM Critical Facilities Management program combines the three most important elements (manpower, documentation and systems management) of successful data center operations management within a single offering.

CSPM fully undertakes the responsibility of planning, execution, control and monitoring of all tasks associated with the maintenance function through a single point of management contact. CSPM shall be fully accountable for the outcome of the service delivery performance. The measurement of the effectiveness of the service shall be based on a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
